totally correct? wrong headlamps, missing front licence carrier, wrong plug leads, wrong coil, wrong color bonnet prop, wrong color bonnet hinges,I question the late bent handbrake on this car.. (from all the research the earliest car to use the bent handbrake is ser #675881)and this is what I can see from poor pics!

We own S675788 (so 20 cars after this) Our car has a late bent handbrake which is original so I'm not sure that Godfrey's research is right.

Additional sellers description from above auction:
Complete Frame-on Restoration done in 2002. Car has been stripped down to bare metal, no rust issues. Car has been completely rewired. Anything needed mechanically was done at the same time the Resto was done. The Chassis was cleaned & painted. The Engine block was replaced during the restoration with another Jaguar 120 Block as the original had cracks. The rest of the drivetrain including the engine head is original to this car. About 2000 miles ago the entire engine, head, transmission & carburetors were totally rebuilt. The car has been repainted and a complete new interior done in Connelly Leather & Wilton Wool Carpet. The Pirelli Tires are very good and the spare has never been used. The body is very straight with excellent paint and chrome that is new. The wheels are powder coated white and the brake drums are powder coated red.
The top is in excellent condition as are the side curtains and the tonneau cover. The dash is beautiful. All of the gauges work except for the clock. The car runs with 60 pounds of oil pressure when warm. The steering wheel looks superb. The top framework has been powder coated white and is in excellent condition. The inside of the side curtains look excellent, with beautiful chrome. The engine compartment is extremely nice, with white and black paint as original, polished cam covers, correct air cleaners. The original head number is F 3364-8S. The window washer assembly is complete. The trunk is very nice. The car is very clean underneath. The stainless steel dual exhaust system was made in England. The car comes with a clear Wisconsin State Title. The car has ALL original equipment. The bumpers have been re-chromed, doors/hood aluminum.
Appraised Value @ $ 76,000.
