"Barn Find" XK140 was stored in
a barn for 14+ years. Rats had consumed the interior and stored dog food in the wool headliner.
Engine freeze plugs were missing which provided a nice home for the rats. Owner assured me the Jag ran fine prior to storage. A 4 year body off restoration preceded. XK140 was registered with Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust March 7, 2007.
I have Concoursed the car from 1986 to 2011 winning numerous awards from Palo Alto Concours, Hillsborough Concours, Carmel By The Sea, Neillo Serrano, SF Presidio and many others.
