Car to be at auction 11/14
    www.historics.co.uk/buying/auctions/2014-11-29/cars/1959-jaguar-xk150-coupe.aspx

    Auction description:
    1959 Jaguar XK150 Fixedhead Coupé
    Registration 340UYG
    Chassis Number S824022DN
    Engine Number N/A
    Odometer reading 27,802 miles
    Estimate £56,000 - £62,000

This excellent lefthand drive Jaguar XK150 has been recently imported from a collection in Austria where it had received a complete restoration within the last ten years. It is believed to have been originally supplied in 1959 in Germany and is fitted with the 3.4 litre engine and overdrive gearbox. The black paintwork is in excellent condition as is the original beige leather interior and it drives superbly. UK registered; this XK150 is supplied with a V5C registration document, a heritage certificate and some European documents. These XK150's are very usable and often overlooked, their time is approaching and it will be the prudent investor that has one or two of these tucked away.

When did it get converted from RHD ? Believed supplied new in UK but in March 1957 so it could have gone to Germany in 1959

Car to return to auction 4/15
    www.coys.co.uk/auction.php

    Auction description:
    Lot 143 - 1959 Jaguar XK150 3.4 Fixedhead Coupe
    Estimate: €70,000 - €90,000
    Registration Number: UK Registered
    Chassis Number: S824022DN

This excellent Jaguar XK150 3.4 Coupe has spent the last few years in a prominent collection in Austria. Prior to going to Austria, the car was the property of Signore Bruno Nicolini, an industrialist from Rubiera, near Bologna (Italy). This Jaguar has received a comprehensive and high quality restoration in recent years. The black paintwork is in excellent condition, as well as all the bright work and the beige leather interior. The car drives superbly, feeling very tight and responsive. Overall, the car would present beautifully at a show, as its previous owner has sorted it carefully. The car is rally ready being in excellent mechanical order.

With the price of classic cars rising, this superb Jaguar represents the ultimate evolution of the XK's range, certainly the most drivable and enjoyable of all.
