Ebay item 1/8/06 cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Jaguar-XK-150-1959-JAGUAR-XK-150-RESTORED_W0QQcmdZViewIt ...
Current bid $20,000.00 (Reserve not met), 1 bid, 9 days left in auction.
Sellers description:
1959 Jaguar XK150. The car was supplied by Jaguar New York, and delivered to Vancouver, BC, Canada, on August 21st, 1958. It was purchased in 1980 by the owner of XJ-Motors in Vancouver, and received a frame off restoration in 1985. We believe this was when the original automatic transmission was changed to a manual. The car was then sold one more time before the current owner purchased it in 1999 with 2,500 miles since the restoration. The pre-restoration mileage is unknown. The car has only been driven in sunny weather, mostly for club meetings and has always been stored in a heated garage.
The car has chrome wire wheels, not original but pretty Jaguar E Type wires, with larger tires (Michelin 250/75R15HX) and 4 wheel disc brakes. The car starts right up, is a pleasure to drive and beautiful to look at. Hazard lights and seat belts were installed by the last owner.
This example is not concours, nor is it a numbers matching Jaguar. It is very nice older restoration that can be driven daily. The Olde English White paint has a few small blemishes that are so small we can't photograph them. The leather seats have been redone and all the leather shows minimal wear. The glass is very good. The original steering wheel is included. The vehicle comes with extensive books and records, including the original owner’s manual, but the paperwork is not complete.
